These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online store Ivoja.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ivoja.com currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

4. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and details are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations (e.g., color, packaging, or labeling) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Shipping is free of charge.
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards.

6. Order Process & Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability (e.g., local or international fulfillment centers).
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
  • A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
  • Delivery is available within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Partial shipments may occur where necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

9. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The product must not be used beyond normal testing
  • The item must not show signs of extended use or damage

Products showing clear signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

10. Warranty & Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling of the product.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
