Ivoja.com currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

All product descriptions, images, and details are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations (e.g., color, packaging, or labeling) may occur and do not constitute a defect.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Shipping is free of charge.
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards.
6. Order Process & Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability (e.g., local or international fulfillment centers).
- Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days.
- A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.
- Delivery is available within the United States only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Partial shipments may occur where necessary.
If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.
