The product may only be used for inspection purposes, similar to testing in a store.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

The 30-day period starts upon delivery and includes the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

After the first 14 days, returns are only accepted under our voluntary guarantee and subject to the respective conditions.

⚠️ Important difference
The guarantee is not a legal right, but a voluntary service provided by IVOJA.

It only applies to products in perfect condition that have not been used beyond normal inspection.

Extended everyday use (e.g. several weeks of use) is excluded.

If signs of use or wear are detected, we reserve the right to partially or fully refuse the refund.
